Check out the Newcastle Can activities coming up each week in May. This month there are lots of walking activities to support National Walking Month, we hope to see you there!

Wednesday 2nd May: Beginners Nordic Walking

Distance walked can vary each week but always around 3 miles. All equipment is provided for this session, simply turn up and learn new skill!

This is a session for new mums or mums with a baby/toddler in a pram. A great workout to help you get back in to the swing of activity and a great social session too.

All levels and abilities welcome. All we ask is that you have had your final check up with the doctor if you have recently had your baby.
