Quick Posture Fix
Does the majority of your day consist of driving or sitting at a desk? Most of the sedentary jobs we find ourselves in promote a poor posture. Don’t worry, we aren’t asking you to change your career path… However, there are a few subtle changes you can make in the gym to help you use forward with your goals and promote good posture at the same time!
