Wednesday 4th April: Beginners Nordic Walking
10.00am - 10.45am
Distance walked can vary each week but always around 3 miles. All equipment is provided for this session, simply turn up and learn new skill!
Monday 9th April: Women only boot camp
6pm - 7pm
Heaton Park - Meet at the Pavillion
All levels and abilities welcome- exercises adapted to your level and ability. All equipment provided.
Tuesday 17th April: Tai Chi -Walker Park
12:30pm - 1:30pm
All levels welcome. No equipment needed.
Tuesday 24th April: Buggy Workout (Active Push)
11am - 12pm
Gosforth Central Park
This is a session for new mums or mums with a baby/toddler in a pram. A great workout to help you get back in to the swing of activity and a great social session too.
All levels and abilities welcome. All we ask is that you have had your final check up with the doctor if you have recently had your baby.
