5k in 5 weeks!

The Great North 5k is now just over 5 weeks away, which means that if you're joining Hugh to tackle it on September 9th, it's time to get your training underway! 

We've been working with the Great North Run team to develop our very own Newcastle Can 5k in 5 weeks training plan which starts from next week and will really help us prepare for the event. You can download that here.

Over the coming weeks, we'll also be sharing how Hugh's training is going and more advice for getting ready for the event, including some of the best places to train across the city.
